Product Description
Nava Shoham Twelve Tribes without Compass Ketubah. Giclee measures 24" x 29". The 12 Tribes of Israel symbolize the unity of individuals coming together as one. From each individual tribe, a new family was born. The images in this ketubah are very tribal, and within, you can see African figures holding horns (shofar) and dancing. In the background, old artifacts from early ages (menorah, cup, chamsa, barley and wheat) symbolize luck and wealth. The mosaic around the symbols of the 12 Tribes was inspired by the ancient synagogue in Beit Alfa, Israel. The ancient synagogue was discovered in 1929 by archaeologists from Hebrew University.
