Rimonim is Hebrew for pomegranates and traditionally symbolize not only plenty but blessings and love as well. The pomegranate is one of Israel's seven species along with wheat, barley, grapes, figs, olives and dates. The shape of the pomegranate top looks like a crown, so it was used as a symbol of power in ancient Europe.
